Hilltop Hoods, Club 600 and V8 Supercars

Race goers will be treated to Australia's premier hip hop band at the Castrol EDGE Gold Coast 600 tonight, when the Hiltop Hoods take to the stage at the Jim Beam 600 Sounds - powered by Sea FM.

The group will perform hits - as well as new songs from their soon to be released album - in what is their first time at the Gold Coast event, while sharing the stage with American rapper Lil Jon and the Australian hip hop group Thundamentals.

Gates for the Broadwater Parklands concert will open at 4.30pm with Lil Jon opening the show at 5.45pm. A valid ticket to the Castrol EDGE Gold Coast 600 will grant race-goers free entry to the event.

Meanwhile, the highly anticipated crowning of the 2014 Miss V8 Supercars title will be presented at Club 600 tonight.

2013 Miss V8 Supercars Estelle Yarrow will pass on her crown to one of the 24 beauties in contention for the title at 5.00pm today at the Las Vegas style day club, while Aussie DJ Brooke Evers takes to the stage to perform her live set of hot dance beats.

But before then, join almost 600 entrants in the Runners hot lap around the circuit. Thelights go green at 9.55am.

Following the runners hot lap, see the battle for the PIRTEK Enduro Cup heat up when the V8 Supercars burn some rubber in qualifying at 11.35am, ahead of the Top Ten Shootout at 12.40pm and the 102 lap race at 2.40pm.

Between their track time, head on over to the best trackside party, Club 600. Join Australia's hottest female DJs at the exclusive Las Vegas-style day club and check out the Podium Bar and Hookah Lounge. For the adventurous type, take a ride on the Mechanical Bull, mess around in the foam pit or have a go at Pole Wrestling. The mighty Bandag Bullet will tear up the track, while the Showtime FMX crew will thrill the crowd with their aerial antics.
