Tomorrow kicks off the Castrol Townsville 500 - Driven by TAFE Queensland and there are plenty of travel options for heading intothe track.

Public transport is the recommended option to the circuit. And with your event ticket, the shuttle service is free - click here for the full schedule of bus services.

Increased ferry services will also operate during the event. Click here for more information.

Taxis will be available during the three days, with ranks set up around the circuit. Contact local taxis on 131 008.

A number of car parks will be closed with a regulated parking area, surrounding Reid Park, in place across all three days from 7am to 7pm.
