It was a bumper week for the Gen3 project, with cars from seven teams hitting the track.

All four Queensland-based teams and three squads from Melbourne have shaken down their new cars.

Last week, CoolDrive Racing became the first team to test a team-built Gen3 Supercar.

The Blanchard squad rolled out again on Tuesday, with recruit Todd Hazelwood acquainting himself with his new #3 Ford.

Six more teams hit the track this week; Dick Johnson Racing and Matt Stone Racing each rolled out a single car at Queensland Raceway on Tuesday.

Cam Waters rolled out Tickford Racing's first Gen3 Mustang in a black livery at Winton on Wednesday, with Penrite Racing also hitting the track.

Red Bull Ampol Racing became the first team to test two cars when Shane van Gisbergen and Broc Feeney cut laps of Queensland Raceway on Thursday.

The two test-liveried Red Bull Ampol Camaros clocked up an estimated 650km of mileage between them, with PremiAir Racing also rolling out its first car, also in a black livery.

Thursday's running saw recruit Tim Slade turn his first PremiAir laps alongside returning driver James Golding.

Elsewhere, Erebus Motorsport and Team 18 have released liveries, and will join Walkinshaw Andretti United and Brad Jones Racing on track next week.

All teams will test together at Sydney Motorsport Park on Wednesday February 22.

The 2023 Repco Supercars Championship will commence in Newcastle on March 10-12.
