Gallery: NTI Townsville 500 transporter parade

Supercars fans were treated to a spectacle on the Townsville streets on Wednesday ahead of this weekend’s NTI Townsville 500.

Team transporters took to the streets in a parade ahead of this weekend’s sixth round of the 2021 season at Reid Park circuit.

A large turnout welcomed the transporters, which made the trek across to the North Queensland venue.

This weekend marks the twelfth year the category has visited Reid Park, with the street circuit hosting two events in 2020 amid a tweaked calendar.

Supercars will hit the track for Practice 1 on Friday at 10:50am AEST.

The Repco Supercars Championship field will return to North Queensland for the NTI Townsville 500 across July 9-11. Tickets are available here.

The event will be broadcast live on Foxtel and will be streamed on Kayo, and will be broadcast live and free on Seven.
