Free for kids, free parking and free track walk up close to the V8 Supercars means a great experience for fans who attend theCoates Hire Ipswich 400 tomorrow.

Championship leader Mark Winterbottom - who has dominated a number of Sunday 200km races this season -encouraged fans to come to Queensland Raceway for the one-off free True Colour Track Walk, when all V8 Supercars will line up on the straight at 9.45am.

There is also a pit stop demonstration for corporate and grandstand ticket holders earlier at 9.20am.

"The interaction of our sport is the thing that keeps us popular, so to have the interaction -there will be cars doing pitstops, you pretty well can touch the race cars - that's really cool," Winterbottom told v8supercars.com.au.

"The drivers are out for a portion of it and it's a real up close experience.

"It's pretty impressive - your getting your money's worth on a ticket."

For kids under 14, entry trackside is free with a paying adult. And there's no cost to park at the circuit - so just half an hour out of Brisbane, locals will not be disappointed with what's on offer.

There's more for kids with the Disney Fun Zone. Mack the Transporter and Lightning McQueen will both be there, while they can chill out in the B-double trailer and catch the new Disney flick, Planes. Once they've watched that, they can bounce around in the inflatable Planes-themed zone, race down the inflatable Lighting McQueen two-track slide, or test their peddle-power on the World Grand Prix Training Track.

With the Dunlop Series to run a second race, other support categories, Zone and - of course -the main attraction in V8 Supercars on track for qualifying and a 200km race, there are plenty of reasons to head in to the Coates Hire Ipswich 400 tomorrow.
