It will mark Kostecki and Randle's first competitive running since June's Merlin Darwin Triple Crown.
SP Tools will take a major branding position down both sides of Kostecki's #27 Commodore.
Kostecki ran with prominent Mobil 1 branding in Tailem Bend and Darwin, with the 23-year-old scoring a top 10 at the latter event.
The #27 Commodore will continue to be supported by Mobil 1, Appliances Online and Middy’s Electrical.
The new-look car will appear at Winton Motor Raceway on Tuesday, with Kostecki to complete a rookie test day.
"It’s awesome to have SP Tools back involved in our team, we’ve shared some great times together previously, and car 27 looks fantastic," WAU Team Principal Bruce Stewart said.
"Kurt has definitely impressed us over the first two wildcard entries this season at The Bend and Darwin.
"We are looking forward to having him back with us for the Sydney SuperNight alongside Chaz and Bryce.
"I’m sure the test day tomorrow will be very valuable after being out of the car since Darwin.
