Supercars can confirm that this year’s Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 will not take place, due to ongoing safety and logistic concerns brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The event, on the streets of Surfers Paradise had been scheduled as the final round of the 2021 Repco Supercars Championship to run over 3-5 December.

Supercars understands that these changes will impact many, but hope the community understands that the public health and safety of our patrons must take priority at this time.

Supercars fully intends to return to the Surfers Paradise street circuit in 2022 and we are confident that everything is headed in the right direction for us to do so in spectacular style.

All tickets already purchased for this year’s Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500, will receive a full refund.

What happens to my tickets?

All purchased tickets will receive a full refund.

How do I get a refund?

Tickets purchased by credit or debit card will be refunded in full (including ticket insurance premium and refundable ticket value, if relevant) and ticket holders do not need to take any action.

Please allow approximately 30 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

What if my credit or debit card has been cancelled/expired?

If your credit or debit card has been permanently closed/cancelled or your card has expired, please supply your bank details via the Ticketek website here, in order to process your refund.

If you do not provide the correct details, you will not be able to be refunded.

What if I purchased my ticket from an Agency?

If you purchased tickets from an Agency using cash or EFTPOS, you will receive a full refund to a bank account.
