Erebus steering wheels head to auction

Current steering wheels used by Erebus Motorsport's two drivers will cross the auction block.

The team will auction two race-used steering wheels after every round of the 2022 Repco Supercars Championship.

The first wheels, used by Will Brown and Brodie Kostecki in Sydney last weekend, are ready to go under the hammer.

Kostecki steered his #99 Boost Mobile Commodore to his maiden ARMOR All Pole Position on Sunday.

The 24-year-old converted it to a fourth career podium in the action-packed 300km finale.

Brown recorded finished seventh in Race 1 and raced from 23rd eighth in Race 2.

The memorabilia features the Sydney Motorsport Park track map, and each steering wheel is personally signed by Brown and Kostecki respectively.

The items will go under the hammer on March 15, with current bidding sitting at more than $500 each.

The steering wheels will be offered in their original condition by Grays.com.
