Fabian Coulthard has shared a funny flashback from his 20s, posting a photo of himself with global pop singer Pink.

Uploading the memorable throwback on his social media accounts on Tuesday morning, the photo shows a 27-year-old Coulthard with the US singer in 2009.

The behind-the-scenes snap was taken during filming of a commercial with Pink, as part of her multi-year deal as an ambassador for the sport.

The commercial, which was filmed in Sydney during Pink’s Australian-leg of her Funhouse Tour, features the singer with well-known Supercars drivers including Jamie Whincup, Will Davison, Fabian Coulthard and James Courtney.

Sharing the moment with fans, Coulthard wrote: “Throw back to the @pink @supercarschampionship TV commercial – with a few young familiar faces!”

Current drivers in the Repco Supercars Championship were quick to comment on the post, with Erebus Motorsport’s Will Brown pointing out his peers’ fashion sense.

“I’ve never seen so much fashion in one photo,” Brown said.

Fans also reminisced on the throwback, with many enjoying seeing the younger versions of their favourite drivers.

“Awesome photo & great commercial too!!” a fan commented.

“Look at those baby faces!” wrote another.

Coulthard made the switch to Team Sydney for the 2021 season, after five years with Dick Johnson Racing.

The 39-year-old recorded his season-best qualifying result of 11th at the Beaurepaires Tasmania SuperSprint in April.

The 2017 Bathurst 1000 podium sitter notably made up 10 places on the opening lap of Race 16 in Townsville, before a slow pit stop hampered his efforts.

He then ran out of fuel in the dying stages of the race leaving him with his fifth DNF of the season.

Coulthard will resume his 2021 campaign at Winton Motor Raceway across October 2-3.
