Australian music icons Noiseworks and Jimmy Barnes rocked fans into the night at the VALO Adelaide 500.

A massive crowd piled into the Adelaide Parklands concert area on Saturday, for the second consecutive night of post-race concerts.

The legendary all-Australian rock line-up excited onlookers following the opening 250km race, won by Chaz Mostert.

Noiseworks and Barnes played extended sets, thrilling fans with their signature hits and trademark performances.

It marked the first concert Supercars has staged at its South Australia event since 2020, and Barnes’ last performance before he undergoes back and hip surgery.

Australian rockers ICEHOUSE were absent from Saturday’s post-race concert line-up, due to Iva Davies being unable to sing due to a painful throat infection.

DJ Total Eclipse got the party started with a set featuring much-loved party anthems of the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s.

Up-and-coming psych-rockers The Empty Threats and twangy indie-rock band Workhorse played prior to Noiseworks' performance.

Worldwide rock royalty will bring their massive international hits to Adelaide, including ‘Mr Brightside’, ‘Somebody Told Me’, and ‘When You Were Young’.

Bubble grunge quartet Oscar the Wild and indie-pop outfit Bermuda Bay will kick off the Sunday night performances.

Gold Coast-born indie pop singer-songwriter Amy Shark will belt out her infectious bangers on the main stage, joined by Melbourne indie-rock icons Something For Kate.

Cars will return on Sunday for ARMOR ALL Qualifying at 11:00am local time.

The 12:05pm Shootout will complete the grid for the 2:45pm Race 34.
