13. Getting to Bathurst

If you are travelling to the Repco Bathurst 1000, Supercars along with Transport for NSW and Destination NSW have provided some helpful information about travelling by car and public transport to the event, please see below:
If you are driving to Bathurst from the east (e.g. Sydney, Blue Mountains, etc), Victoria Pass on the Great Western Highway between Mount Victoria and Little Hartley is CLOSED IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. You will need to use an alternate route.
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you add additional time to get to/from Bathurst.
If you are travelling via public transport, additional train services from Sydney (departing at Blacktown Station) will be added on Saturday (10th) and Sunday (11th).
14. Transport, Parking and Event Information:

We highly recommend all fans to utilise public transport to and from the event.
Getting to Mount Panorama offers a few options. Public transport is available - you can arrive by train to Bathurst, then use local services or shuttles into the event precinct. For public transport information in and around Bathurst, including shuttle services, click here to view the Bathurst Buslines website.
For those driving, several roads will have closures and traffic diversions, so it’s recommended to plan ahead and allow extra travel time.
Once you’re on site, there’s parking available, including dedicated accessible car parks. Inside the venue, an internal shuttle bus will help move fans between key points (gates, grandstands, amenities).
For ride-shares, taxis, and private drop-offs/pickups, there will be designated zones to streamline traffic flow and avoid congestion.
15. Camping:

We recommend campers visit the Bathurst Camping Hub, a dedicated section of the Supercars website, where campers can find all important information, report any issues at the campsites, find out what to do in and around Bathurst, and finally score some special camping deals/offers from our partners.
