Resident Accreditation

During the event, 23 – 25 November 2018, all residents within the track will be provided with accreditation allowing movement throughout the event precinct at no cost.

Those residents with an approved accreditation application will receive two Resident Wristbands per room plus an additional two wristbands per dwelling. Meaning owners of a two-bedroom dwelling inside the track would receive six resident accreditation wristbands for free.

The Resident Wristbands will provide access to all general admission areas.

The resident accreditation assists residents in moving in and out of (and through) the precinct quickly and efficiently and ensures that non-residents are not permitted into the “resident only” areas of the precinct. The resident accreditation system is designed to benefit residents.

We encourage all residents within the track to apply for accreditation.

The accreditation process is another level of security provided to benefit residents.

For detailed information on this process please download a copy of the RESIDENTS ACCREDITATION INFORMATION booklet.

The online portal for new and renewing Resident Accreditation applications for the 2018 Coates Hire Newcastle 500 will open on Monday 10 September and remain open until Thursday 22 November.

Applications received after the Accreditation Centre opens (7 November 2018) will need to allow 24 to 48 hours for processing.
