The hours of operation for the Ticketek Box Offices are as follows:
- Friday: 7.00am to 3.30pm
- Saturday: 7.00am to 4.30pm
- Sunday: 7.00am to 5.00pm
The hours of operation for the Accreditation Centre are as follows:
- Thursday: 8.30am to 5.00pm
- Friday: 6.30am to 4.00pm
- Saturday: 6.30am to 4.30pm
- Sunday: 6.30am to 3.00pm
The Accreditation Centre is located on the corner of Champions Way and the Cunningham Highway.
Members gain early entry from the main gate 2, at 7:00am.
From Brisbane and Gold Coast, follow the signage on the Cunningham Highway to Queensland Raceway.
Onsite parking is available for all public and officials. Please refer to the event Track Map above for the location on Champions Way.
When you enter the precinct please follow all ‘Parking’ signage to ensure you get to the location efficiently.
Fans also have the opportunity to park their cars trackside with a Park and View upgrade ticket.
Hire your car from AVIS while in Queensland, and you'll be in Pole Position with complimentary VIP parking at the Century Batteries Ipswich SuperSprint. The AVIS VIP Car Park is located outside Gate 2.
Leaving Queensland Raceway
When leaving for the Gold Coast, due to the large amount of event traffic a traffic management plan will be in place. Please follow the diversion signs to the Gold Coast which will take you via Beaudesert. Although this route is longer in km, it is a faster route in high traffic periods. Please follow the direction of police.
Shuttle buses will be running to and from Ipswich Train Station in Bell Street and Queensland Raceway on Saturday and Sunday Only. This is a free service when you show your event ticket.

Note: These shuttle busses are not wheelchair accessible.
Ipswich Station is located approximately 20 minutes from Queensland Raceway, with the above shuttle buses running between the station and the track.

There is one (1) accessible viewing platform located along Pit Straight to the left of the pit building.
Please Note: Only one carer per patron with disability is permitted on the viewing platforms.
For access to the accessible viewing platform, the best entry gate is Gate 1. Gate 2 also provides access.
There are wheelchair friendly amenities available in the following locations:
* Permanent toilet block behind the accessible viewing platform
* Toilet block behind turn 3
* Behind Park and View
There are no track crossings at this event.
There are a number of allocated accessible parking spots available at Car Park A near Gate 1. You must have a government issued disabled parking permit displayed to gain access.
The accessible parking area listed above also contains an accessible drop off area.
Companion Cards are accepted at this event for general admission tickets and access to the wheelchair accessible platforms. If a companion card ticket is required, then the companion card must be presented at the time of booking and also carried with the disabled person when attending the event.

The Official Program will be sold at the Supercars Programs Store and Gate 2 Ticketek Box Office for $10 each.
1300 Medics will provide First Aid services at the event.
Staff will be roaming the venue and will be based from their facility near Gate 2.

Food and Beverage
There are a number of food outlets to choose from located around the event precinct. Patrons may bring in limited quantities of food and drink for personal consumption.
Alcoholic beverages are available for sale from the numerous bars and licensed outlets located throughout the venue. Bars will operate from 10am daily. Liquor licensing laws prevent patrons from bringing their own alcohol into the venue. No alcohol or glass is permitted to be brought into the precinct.
The Information Booth is located adjacent to the main gate, Gate 2. The Information Booth will be the first point of contact for all lost property.
There is one (1) parents change room located in the main permanent toilet block, next to the Paddock entry.
The Queensland Police Service (QPS) will be established within the vicinity of Gate 2 and will be conducting roaming patrols throughout the days of the event.
