How to Guide and Troubleshooting: Supercars App, Superview and Memberships

Supercars has launched a new experience for fans, with many new features and functions to enjoy and explore during the race weekend.

Here is a quick overview of some of the key changes. Navigate to the bottom of the page for FAQs on troubleshooting the App, Memberships, and Superview.

Your new homepage

The homepage of the app will host the latest news from around the track.

News will be personalised to your favourite teams and drivers, and general news from around the track. Swipe down to refresh the homepage, so you don't miss any of the action.

Our 'latest action' snippets give you a snapshot of all the things that are happening on and around the track, with exclusive content from all your favourite drives. You can also track Your Drivers and Your Teams standings on the championship ladder.

Championship App


Up-to-date standings from the 2024 Repco Supercars, and Super 2/3 including all your drivers and teams standing, results and event calendar, where you can also buy tickets and discover more about the amazing venues where we race.

Race HQ


RaceHQ is activated during race weekends, and is designed to be your race companion on race weekends.

Track you favourite driver as they make their way around practice, qualifying and the race itself via the live timing and battle tracker.

Introducing Shotgun. To get closer to the action during Qualifying and the Race, we have created and exclusive stream, just for My Supercars users. You can ride shotgun with exclusive in car vision and audio, live telemetry and data that is usually exclusive to the brains in the garages. Please note the feeds are not active under red flags or whilst cars are in pits.

  • Live Timing has been updated for 2024, with both basic and enhanced view available as a premium feature for MySupercars+ members. Don’t worry, if you still want to access the free classic view of live timing it is available here on the website. All you need is a free My Supercars account to access it. Once signed in, please click the filter option on top right to toggle to classic view. Classic view is available on desktop only.

  • Live Feed is your up-to-date news and insights from around the track. Get the inside line from inside the pits and exclusive news, as it happens.

  • Track Schedule will keep you up to date in all the action and give you the latest results from the weekend.

  • What’s On and Event Map, for our fans at the track. Make the most of the weekend with a full list of what’s on at the event and an interactive track map to find your way around the event and it’s surrounds.


Managing your profile. Simply open “My Profile” to update your favourite drivers, change any your details, check your membership status, and check your tickets.

2024 racing calendar and tickets get access to all our event information, buy tickets, check out what entertainment is on and plan your events.
