If you are no longer attending the 2025 event, or have arranged for someone else to use your campsite, please complete the form below to notify Supercars.

If someone is using your campsite, please provide their details so that we are aware that they will be using the campsite instead of you.

This is for monitoring purposes only and does not update your booking in the system.

Supercars will conduct random checks throughout the event week to confirm that the correct individuals are occupying each site and to identify any sites that remain unused. Providing accurate information helps ensure fair site management, safety, and future allocation of campsites.

I am responsible for passing on all Supercars correspondence to the new camper.
I acknowledge if the site is left vacant and Supercars is not notified in advance, I forfeit the right to repurchase the site in future years.
I acknowledge if the site is left vacant for two (2) consecutive years — even with notice provided — Supercars reserves the right to remove the site from my renewal eligibility.
