Is your business or club hosting an event or program to celebrate the 2025 Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500? You can now become involved as an associated event! Examples of associated events include:

After race parties and themed nights at venues
Street parties
Themed lunches
Car cruises
Shopping centre activations
Family days

Benefits include:

Become a part of the Gold Coast’s largest annual major event and Queensland’s largest sporting event
No cost to participate
Integration to the Supercars website
Promotion of events through digital, social and traditional channels
Drive foot traffic and engagement to your business
Physical marketing and promotional kit
Become a key component of the off-track program

To be eligible to host a Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 associated event:

Must have a Gold Coast 500 event-based theme
Must promote and showcase the Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 event, and the Gold Coast and south east Queensland region
Must not be promoted or have naming rights partnership from a conflicting Supercars sponsor
Must not be associated with any political, religious or lobbying groups
Must not be associated with any adult based entertainment
Must not encourage or promote any illegal activity
