Dan Day's passion for motorsport – coupled with mechanical experience and understanding – has seen him do well in every category he has contested, including Motorkhana, Gymkhana, Autocross, Hill-Climb, Circuit Sprint, Time- Attack, Sports Sedan Racing, Tarmac Rally, Gravel Rally and most recently, V8 Touring Cars.
After making his V8 Supercars Dunlop Series debut in 2014, Day returned the following year with the support of sponsors Streetfighter and Dreamland, closing his second campaign of the series in 15th.Day credits his coach/mentor Steve Glenney – who has won national championships rallying and circuit racing – as a huge influence on his development as a driver, both in and out of the car.
