Tickets for the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 are on sale through Ticketek on 132 849, via ticketek.com or at any Ticketek agency, including the main gates of the precinct.

Supercars Membership Early Entry

Your 2018 Supercars Membership hard card will gain you early gate entry at the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000. Just flash your hard card at the main gate (Harris Park entrance) and you’re in 30 minutes early!

All guests entering through Camp Ground Gates MUST have appropriate personal accreditation at all times.

Accreditation Centre

The Accreditation Centre is located in the main Car Park to the right off Panorama Ave.

Bag Searching

Persons attending the event precinct be subject to comprehensive bag search at all times (including during ingress to the concert). More detail can be found in the FAQs.

Buses

Bathurst Buslines will be operating an extensive network of buses to cater for the patrons attending the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000.

Services will operate from most areas of Bathurst as well as Orange & Lithgow to Mount Panorama Race Track. See website timetable & maps at www.bathurstbuslines.com.au tickets from the driver on bus:

  • Route 771- Bathurst Town to Mount Panorama & return
  • Route 772- Kelso & CBD to Mount Panorama & return
  • Route 773- Town Motel Accommodation to Mount Panorama & return
  • Route 775- Skyline Night Time Shuttle to Town & return

Bathurst Buslines will also operate continual Shuttle Services from Harris Park at the bottom of Mount Panorama to Reid Park at top of Mount Panorama each day- return tickets available from Ticket Booth at bottom of Mountain in Merchandise area.

BUS SERVICES FROM ORANGE & LITHGOW

Services will operate from Orange- Lucknow- Vittoria and The Rocks to Mt Panorama and return on Friday 5, Saturday 6, Sunday 7 October. Services will operate from Lithgow- Wallerawang- Portland- Meadow Flat and Yetholme and return on Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 October. BUS SERVICES AT EVENT

Accessible shuttle bus services will be available on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the event between 8.30am to 6.30pm. Patrons must call Bathurst Buslines on 0408 482 951 to arrange pickup. Any transfers that are within the bottom of the venue will not be charged. The shuttle will pick patrons up from the Viewing Platform 1 on the outside of Murray’s corner (refer to track map) and drop off to the desired location. Once ready to return patrons will need to contact the shuttle again to be picked up and returned to the desired platform.

NSW TrainLink

NSW TrainLink will be operating daily XPT services from Sydney to Bathurst on all days of the event. You can catch also catch a train from other suburban stations to Bathurst. For further information visit: nswtrainlink.info/

Regional Express

Regional Express also has a number of flights in and out of Bathurst during the event visit: rex.com.au

Getting to the Event by Road

From Sydney, Bathurst is approximately 200km or 2 1/2 hours drive. Head West on the M4, which becomes the Great Western Highway once you reach the bottom of the Blue Mountains.

There will be a taxi rank located at Panorama Drive under the over street sign opposite Accreditation Centre.  

Parking

There are 2 major car parking areas; 

  • VIP Carpark (nearest to the circuit) 
  • FREE General Carpark (further from the circuit) 

Please note that camping, motorhomes or caravans are not permitted in this car park. Fines will apply for anything that is camping in this car park.

TRACK CROSSINGS 

Track Crossings are no longer required as Bathurst Region Council has installed lift on the Supercheap Auto Bridge for all access.

PEDESTRIAN BRIDGES

There are 3 pedestrian bridges around the track to get from the outside to infield. Locations are:

  • Harris Park (Merchandise Alley)
  • Outside Rydges Hotel
  • Between Max Cameron and Turn 1 - allowing access to S12 (refer to map).

ACCESSIBLE VIEWING FACILITIES

There are 2 viewing platforms available at this year’s Bathurst 1000;

Viewing Platform 1 - is located on the outside of the circuit just prior to Murrays Corner between the Rydges Hotel and National Motor Museum.

Viewing Platform 2 – is located in merchandise alley (Harris Park) at Murrays Corner next to the pedestrian bridge to the National Motor Museum.

Both platforms are attended by OFFICIALS throughout the Event and allows access to those patrons with a disability and one (1) companion. Both platforms have shade cover and views of a large big screen. 

To access these stands patrons must purchase the “wheelchair access” and “carer” tickets (these are Trackside tickets with access into the platform). Although the platform is Trackside, patrons are required to have a “wheelchair platform” access ticket to ensure the platform is not over sold. Please call 132 849 to book.

Please note that there is a strict one carer/companion policy.

ACCESSIBLE TOILETS 

There are a number of wheelchair friendly toilets in the precinct. Locations are:

  • Pit Building
  • Near the Disabled Viewing Platform outside the circuit
  • Behind the Stihl Chainsaw stage in merchandise alley (near option 2 platform)

ACCESSIBLE ACCESS AROUND PRECINCT 

  • Gate 1 provides access to Accessible Car Park 1 and Viewing Platform 1.
  • Gate 4 (main entry) provides the best entry to Viewing Platform 2 and the Paddock

ACCESSIBLE PARKING

There are 2 Accessible Parking options;

Accessible Car Park  1- With the proper vehicle accreditation, accessible parking is available off Ray Bant Drive immediately behind the disabled viewing platform located on the outside of the Circuit at Murray’s Corner. Access is via Gate 1 from Panorama Drive roundabout provided the vehicle contains correct accreditation and all passengers in the vehicle are appropriately accredited with event tickets prior to entering the Gate.

Accessible Car Park 2 – Accessible Parking is available in the main car park adjacent to Gate 4. Enter the car park off Panorama Drive.

BUS SERVICES 

Accessible shuttle bus services will be available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of the event between 8.30am to 6.30pm. Patrons must call Bathurst Buslines on 0408 482 951 to arrange pickup. COMPANION CARD

Companion Cards are accepted at this event for general admission tickets and access to the wheelchair accessible platforms. If a companion card ticket is required, then the companion card must be presented at the time of booking and also carried with the disabled person when attending the event. Tent City Hire:       

Tent City is a temporary on-site accommodation facility. Tent City will be located at the corner of Alpha St and Russell St (approximately 500 metres from the town centre).
