Bathurst Camping

Important message from the Bathurst 1000 Camping Team

As a valued Supercars fan, we want to thank you for your ongoing support and patience during this time. Supercars, health authorities, and government officials have been working closely to develop a COVID-safe Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 event. While our objective is to ensure our iconic and world-famous battle of Bathurst returns to Mount Panorama as soon as possible, our priority throughout this process has been the health and wellbeing of all our people and the wider community. To enable the event to proceed, COVID-safe practices must be enforced to meet NSW State Government requirements. To achieve this, we regret to advise that 2020 Bathurst Camping has been cancelled. Supercars understand that these changes will impact many patrons but hope the community will understand that the public health and safety issues caused by the coronavirus must take priority at this time.

What happens to my camping tickets?

All Same-Campsite Renewals purchased for the original 8 – 11 October 2020 dates will be valid for the 2021 Bathurst 1000 event (yet to be scheduled). This will be an automatic campsite renewal roll-over; therefore, you will not need to contact us or go through the Same-Site Renewal process for the 2021 event (your account will be Pre-Paid and your campsite reserved in advance). If you do not wish for your campsite renewal to roll over to the 2021 event or you would like to apply for a refund, please email
