Checking-in and checking-out of your campsite

Below is information about the check-in and check-out procedures at the Repco Bathurst 1000, please read carefully.

DAILY CHECK-IN HOURS:

Once your campground has opened, new check-ins are available between 7:00am and 10:00pm daily.

AFTER HOURS (10:00 PM AND 7:00 PM):

No new check-ins are permitted between 10:00pm and 7:00am.

Arriving for initial check-in

To complete check-in, campers must have:

A valid vehicle pass for the booked campground
A valid event admission ticket covering the applicable period of their stay
All passengers present and ready to be checked in
The correct campsite information readily available

A campsite booking DOES NOT include event admission.

Each camper must hold a valid event ticket for the period they are attending.

Campground Check-In Emails

Check-in emails with the check-in procedures that are emailed to all campers will be posted here once emailed.

Check-out and Lap 162

Campers may remain onsite until 10:00am, Tuesday 13th October 2026.

The extended departure time allows campers to stay in Bathurst for Lap 162: The Great Race Cool Down, taking place in the Bathurst CBD on Monday 12 October.

Campers must fully vacate their campsite by 10:00am Tuesday.

Before leaving:

Place all rubbish in the bins provided
Remove all furniture, equipment and large items
Fully extinguish any fire and remove residual heat
Leave the campsite in an acceptable condition

Sites left with rubbish, furniture or other waste may incur a $200 CLEANING FEE and may affect future renewal rights.
