This role is based out of the Supercars office in the Gold Coast (Southport), Queensland.
Manage production and distribution of Series Accreditation at the beginning of each year (approx. 4000).
Manage accreditation for required events including contractors, sponsors, suppliers, support categories, car passes etc.
Allocate and accurately log the Supplier, Contractor and Merchandise accreditation for events
Create artwork on software program to suit the new series hard cards
Update database with details and ensure postcode data is captured
Log Supercars Teams and DVS Teams accreditation quantities based on their yearly allocation limit
Manage ongoing Series accreditation applications
Manage cancellations and reprints of hard cards as required
Manage the Accreditation database throughout the year
Produce Authorised Persons Accreditation
Produce Event Only Accreditation for Media and Television (all events)
Update database with media and television requirements
Log barcodes
Organise printing quotes for mail outs, forward artwork and organise the printing and distribution
Set up online accreditation forms for each promoted event and distribute to Suppliers
Set up online form for MEDIA series accreditation and event only accreditation
Create Accreditation Boards for events, print, laminate and distribute/arrange couriers
Create the Accreditation Boards for sanctioned events
Review current Accreditation systems and processes and make recommendations for improvements.
Manage Accreditation Centre at required events
Liaise with Ticketek to ensure smooth running of the event i.e.: gate opening, scanning, sales, memberships etc.
Manage distribution of Grid Walk stickers
Manage small volunteer team when required
Assist the Events Team when required
Create online resident application forms
Create/updated resident FAQ’s and information
Manage database of over 800 resident apartments/houses
Manage and order the required resident accreditation
Manage resident email account
Manage Gold Coast & Newcastle Resident Accreditation Co-ordinator
Liase with external stakeholders (residents, building managers, on track businesses, IeDM, council)
In conjunction with Resident Accreditation Co-ordinator, plan and host Building managers information evening
In conjunction with Resident Accreditation Co-ordinator, review and process resident applications
Assist with the general event requirements as required
Lodge accreditation Purchase Orders
Compile debrief notes for each event
Manage distribution of series accreditation
Respond to Accreditation email and phone enquiries
Liaise with Ticketek pre-event regarding our requirements for box office sales and opening times, scanning requirements plus fit out requirements etc. for required events
