My Tickets haven’t arrived, what should I do?

Please be advised that tickets may take up to 15 business days from time of purchase to delivery.

Send the confirmation email of your purchase from Ticketek to ticketing@supercars.com

Supercars will then liaise with Ticketek on your behalf and report back.

My tickets haven’t arrived and I am leaving to travel to the event. What do I do?

You can collect your ticket/s at any Ticketek Box Office located at the event precinct.

Please join the Pre-Purchase Ticket Line and show your photo ID plus the bank card used for the transaction.

The Ticketek Team can re-print your tickets for you.

Alternatively, if you have a local Ticketek agency nearby to your home, you can collect from your local agency. You will need to show your photo ID plus the bank card used for the transaction.

There is no e-ticket or printable option.

How long do Tickets take for delivery?

Australia – 15 business days

Overseas – 20 business days

Why don’t Supercars offer e-Tickets?

Due to the temporary nature of our venues e-Tickets are not available.

Why does the price differ from Supercars to Ticketek?

All supercars ticket prices are subject to Ticketek fees and transaction fees.

Who can I contact for companion bookings?

You can contact the Ticketek Companion Team by phoning 13 28 49.

Alternatively, visit your local Ticketek Agency.

I’ve been double charged, who can I contact?

Please send your confirmation email and proof of double charge through to ticketing@supercars.com and Supercars will liaise with the Ticketek Team.

I’ve ordered the wrong Tickets, can something be done?

Please send your confirmation email through to ticketing@supercars.com where we can on your behalf liaise with the Ticketek Team.

What does a concession include?

Concession includes Full Time Students, Seniors, Pensioners, Australian Health Care Cards & Disability Card Holders.

Does my ticket include admission into the event?

Grandstand and Trackside Tickets include admission into the event.

Pitlane walks and Paddock passes are a ticket upgrade which do not gain you entry to the event.

Do I need to purchase a Trackside ticket, if I purchase a Park and View ticket?

Yes, the park and View ticket is for your vehicle to enter the event precinct (only one Park and view pass required per car).

Everyone inside the car must also hold a valid event ticket.

Does my ticket include the concert?

If the event you are attending has a concert, your same day ticket covers you for the concert on that evening.

Example: Friday Concert – but hold a Saturday Ticket you will not gain access.

Example: 2-Day Trackside Friday and Saturday you will have access to both nights.

Do I need to purchase a concession for my child in the Grandstands?

Kids 4 and above require a concession ticket for grandstand.

Kids 3 and under do not require a ticket as they can sit on a parent or guardian’s lap.

Can someone else use my ticket if I am not attending on a particular day?

Yes, the ticket is transferable.

If you are not attending on any one day, you may give the physical ticket to someone else to use, however the ticket cannot be use by two people in the one day.

I live overseas, will my tickets be delivered to me?

Yes, please note tickets can take up to 20 Business Days for delivery.

Please note, if your tickets do not arrive in time, you can collect at any Ticketek Box Office located at the event precinct.

Please join the Pre-Purchase Ticket Line and show your photo ID plus the bank card used for the transaction.

The Ticketek Team can re-print your tickets for you.

Can someone else collect tickets on my behalf?

You will need to write an authority letter stating you give ‘name’ permission to collect the tickets on your behalf with a copy of your photo ID.

They can present to any of the Ticketek Box Office Gates located around the event precinct.

Going through the pre-purchase ticket line and providing the Ticketek Team with the authority letter & copy of your ID then the team can re-print these on the day of the event.

Why can’t Supercars send me a confirmation email of my purchase?

As all Tickets are purchased through Ticketek directly, Supercars are unable to send out confirmation of purchase emails.

If you have not received your confirmation of purchase email, please email your Name and contact details linked to your Ticketek account to ticketing@supercars.com, where we will liaise with Ticketek to resend your confirmation email.

Why can’t Supercars take my payment over the phone?

All tickets are purchased directly through Ticketek who act on Supercars behalf.

Supercars do not have the facilities to take payment on tickets for its events.
