Rod Nash Racing’s #55 entry continues to be prepared by Prodrive Racing Australia in 2016 after its best season to date in 2015.
The single car entry will feature an updated look in 2016, moving to the red, yellow and black livery of Supercheap Auto as former, long-time sponsor The Bottle-O shifts to feature on Mark Winterbottom’s Car #1.
Running alongside cars #1 and #6, the #55 entry will now
be piloted by 2015 ARMOR ALL Pole Position Award Winner Chaz Mostert after the seat was vacated by former teammate David Reynolds.
Following a standout season in 2015, Rod Nash Racing has established itself as a contender in the championship in its six year partnership with Prodrive Racing.
One of the highest ranked single-car entries in the category is looking to improve again in 2016 with the return of the fan- favourite Mostert.
A former driver himself, Nash has run his #55 entry with a range of organisations since it was first established including Tony D’Alberto Racing, Team Brock and Perkins Engineering.
Nash’s link with Prodrive Racing Australia solidified once he and fellow racing stalwart Rusty French purchased the team in 2013.
