Rod Nash Racing’s #55 entry continues to be prepared by Prodrive Racing Australia in 2017 after Chaz Mostert switched to the car in 2016.
The single car entry will feature an updated look in 2017, with the red, yellow and black livery of Supercheap Auto after former, long-time sponsor The Bottle-O shifted to Mark Winterbottom’s car.
The car will share a garage with car #56 as well as stablemates cars #5 and #6.
Following a standout season in 2015, Rod Nash Racing has established itself as a contender in the championship in its six year partnership with Prodrive Racing.
One of the highest ranked single-car entries in the category is looking to improve again in 2017 with fan- favourite Mostert looking to reignite his championship credentials.
A former driver himself, Nash has run his #55 entry with a range of organisations since it was first established including Tony D’Alberto Racing, Team Brock and Perkins Engineering.
Nash’s link with Prodrive Racing Australia solidified once he and fellow racing stalwart Rusty French purchased the team in 2013.
