The body of a man was found in a car in the Stenton area of Northwest Philadelphia Monday night, police said yesterday. About 9:20 p.m., police discovered Steeve Charles, 24, behind the driver's seat of a Nissan Maxima near his residence in the 7500 block of Thouron Avenue.
