In a win for Aussie motorsport fans, Cam Waters' second NASCAR Truck Series start will be televised on Fox Sports and Kayo.

The Tickford Racing driver has returned to the seat of the #66 ThorSport Racing Ford for his second NASCAR start, at Kansas Speedway, this weekend.

The 29-year-old qualified 20th for the race, after placing 22nd in practice.

Waters made his debut at Martinsville Speedway earlier this month, with the race broadcast on Fox Sports and streamed on Kayo.

This weekend's Kansas race will see pre-race coverage commence at Sunday 9:30am AEST on Fox Sports 505, with the race itself to start at 10:00am AEST.

Waters' NASCAR debut at Martinsville saw the Supercars star run as high as 11th, before he was wiped out in a crash 25 laps from home.

He is again carrying TRADIE colours, with the Aussie brand backing Waters' debut at Martinsville.

"It’s great to be getting another crack at racing the Ford truck for ThorSport and hopefully I can adapt to the Kansas Speedway reasonably quickly," Waters said in the team announcement.

"The track is almost three times long as Martinsville and has an average lap speed of just on 180mph, although I have heard it’s less of a bull ring than Martinsville was."

Waters is 15th in the Supercars standings after Round 3 in New Zealand, with the Tickford driver claiming pole for the Saturday heat at Taupō.

The 2024 Repco Supercars Championship will resume at the Bosch Power Tools Perth SuperSprint in May 17-19.
