Stewards Summary Update #3 (Final): issued Sunday 22th May 2016 at 1700hrs

Matters from Race #11

A PLP was imposed by the Stewards for and served by Car #111, Chris Pither, for a breach of Rule D12.4.3.2 (speeding in Pit Lane (45kph)).

The IO conducted an investigation into an alleged breach of the Rule D8.1.7 (false start) by Car #12, Fabian Coulthard. No breach of the rules was established.

Following an investigation by the IO and an admission by Car #97, Shane van Gisbergen, for a breach of Schedule B Rule 2.1 (careless driving) causing contact with Car #2, Garth Tander at Turn 3, a penalty of loss of ten (10) 2016 Championship Points was imposed.

There were no issues.

Stewards Summary Update #2: issued Saturday 21th May 2016 at 1830hrs

Matters from Race #10

The IO conducted investigations into the following incidents and did not establish any breach of the rules:

- Contact between Car #22, James Courtney, and Car #18, Lee Holdsworth, at Turn 7 on Lap 1; and

- Contact between Car #22, James Courtney, and Car #6, Cam Waters, at Turn 5 on Lap 17.

The IO conducted an investigation into an alleged breach of Schedule B3 Rule 22.1 (careless driving - blocking) by the driver of Car #888, Craig Lowndes, involving Car #9, David Reynolds. No breach of the rules was established.
