The Stewards, having received a report from the Investigating Officer, and examined the evidence, have considered the following matter and determine a breach of the regulations has been committed by the driver named below and impose the penalty referred to.

Facts: Failed to stop at Pit exit when the Red Light was being displayed

Offence: Breach of Regulation of the V8 Supercars Sporting Regulations D11.2.6 Disobeying the Red light at Pit Exit

Decision: Post Race Time Penalty of 26 seconds added to Race Time Reason Self Explanatory.

#6 Chaz Mostert & Paul Morris

Facts: Contact between Car #6 and Car #33

Offence: Breach of Regulation of the V8 Supercars Sporting Regulations Schedule B2 2.1 Careless driving

Decision: No Further Action

Reason: The Stewards do not believe a breach of rule was established

Tenko Autosports

Facts: The wheel was not under the complete control of the team member as it rolled from the control of the wheel changer during the pit stop

Offence: Breach of Regulation of the V8 Supercars Sporting Regulations D12.7.2 Failed to have complete control during the Pit Stop

Decision: Fined AUD $3,000 and a Loss of 30 Championship Points Reason Admission to the Breach.

Offence: Breach of Regulation of the V8 Supercars Sporting Regulations D12.4.3 Pit Lane Speed Limit - 40kph

Decision: Fined AUD $350 Reason Self Explanatory

Team: Lucas Dumbrell Investments Pty Ltd

Due to an administration oversight the team failed to submit the Engine Component Specification and Usage Log within the specified time.

Breach of Regulation C8.10.2 of the V8 Supercars Sporting Regulations - fined $10,000 with $7,000 suspended until 31st December 2014 and exclusion fromPractice 1 and Practice 2.
