Race 28

Car #15, Rick Kelly

The Stewards, having received a report from the Investigating Officer and an admission from the driver, considered the following matter and determined a breach of the regulations has been committed by the driver named below and impose the penalty referred to.

Contact between Cars #15 and #2 (Garth Tander) at Turn 11 on final lap. Breach of Schedule B2.1 of the V8 Supercars Operations Manual Deduction of 25 Championship Points.The driver failed to respect the preceding car.

- An investigation was conducted into the contact between Michael Caruso, Car #36, and Garth Tander, Car #2, at Turn 6 on Lap 20. No breach of the rules was established.

Car 360, James Moffat Race 26

After an investigation and an admission of a breach of the Code of Driving Conduct by the driver named below the Stewards impose the penalty referred to below.

Contact between Cars #360, James Moffat, and #55, David Reynolds, at Turn 2 on Lap 1.

Breach of Schedule B2.1 of the V8 Supercars Operations Manual 2014 Deduction of 35 Championship points(includes a loading for 3rd breach this season).

The driver failed to respect the preceding car.

Car #23, Russell Ingall

The Stewards, having received a report from the Investigating Officer and an admission by the driver, have considered the following matter and determine a breach of the regulations has been committed by the driver named below and impose the penalty referred to.

Contact between Cars #23 and #222 (Nick Percat) at Turn 5. Breach of Schedule B2.1 of the V8 Supercars Operations Manual Deduction of 25 Championship Points

The driver failed to respect the preceding car.

Car #2, Garth Tander

The Stewards, having received a report from the Investigating Officer and an admission by the driver, have considered the following matter and determine a breach of the regulations has been committed by the driver named below and impose the penalty referred to.

Contact between Cars #2 and #7 (Todd Kelly) at Turn 2.Breach of Schedule B2.1 of the V8 Supercars Operations Manual Deduction of 25 Championship PointsThe driver failed to respect the preceding car.

Car #222, Nick Percat

The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director / Investigating Officer, heard from both drivers and team representatives and examined video evidence, have considered the following matter and determine a breach of the regulations has been committed by the driver named below and impose the penalty referred to.

Pass Car #36 (Michael Caruso) at Turn 2 when it under yellow flag conditions. Breach of Schedule D3.9(b) of the V8 Supercars Operations Manual Post-race Pit Lane drive through Penalty (30 seconds added to race time). The driver failed to obey the yellow flag.

Car 16, Scott Pye

The Stewards having determined a breach of the regulations has been committed by the driver named and impose the penalty referred to.

Competitor's & Driver's Briefing - the driver attended for the briefing after it commenced.

Rule D4.1.3 - Drivers who do not attend at the nominated time and for the duration of the Competitor's and Driver's Briefing will be referred to the Stewards.

A rear wheel on Car #33 came loose and left the vehicle.

Offence Breach of duty of care - Rule B6.5.6 of the V8Supercars Operations Manual.

Decision Fine $10,000, $5,000 of which suspended until 31 December 2014, AND the Deduc- tion of 50 Team Championship Points.

The Stewards, having received a report and examined video evidence, have considered the following matter and determine a breach of the regulations has been committed by the driver named below and impose the penalty referred to.

Car 16, Scott PyeContact between Cars #16 and #222 at Turn 6 on Lap 25.Breach of Schedule B2.1 of the V8 Supercars Operations Manual.Post race PLP of 30 seconds be added to Car #16, Scott Pye's race time. Careless Driving.

An investigation into contact between Car #360 and Car #55 is ongoing.
