The spectacular Stadium Super Trucks will take to the streets of Sydney at next month's V8 Supercars Coates Hire Sydney 500.

Created by former IndyCar racer Robby Gordon, the V8-powered Stadium Super Trucks were a fan favourite at this year's Clipsal 500 Adelaide and the recent Castrol Gold Coast 600.

Drivers include Australia's own Matt Mingay, Matt Brabham and Paul Morris and internationals including Burt Jenner who won the first race on the Gold Coast.

The Stadium Super Trucks will race on each day of the three day event at Sydney Olympic Park from December 4-6, in what promises to be a thrilling finale to the 2015 V8 Supercars championship.

V8 Supercars CEO James Warburton said he was delighted to welcome the Stadium Super Trucks to Sydney.

"They were a big hit with fans on the streets of Adelaide and the Gold Coast and I'm sure fans will be just as amazed to watch them in action on the streets of Sydney," he said.

"They are part of what promises to be an exciting finale to the 2015 V8 Supercars championship with great entertainment on and off track."

Coates Hire CEO Michael Byrne says the inclusion of an action packed entertainment line up at the Championship decider is a big win for motorsport fans.

To celebrate the grand finale, Coates Hire is offering one lucky winner the chance to live their V8 Supercars dream and experience the event arriving by chopper.

Fans who purchase a three day 'Grandstand Superpass' for the event will be able to attend a Sydney Thunder Big Bash game, Wests Tigers NRL game, GWS GIANTS AFL match and a day at the Sydney Royal Easter Show free of charge in 2016.

Kids aged 12 and under also receive free trackside admission to the event with a paying adult.

The Coates Hire Sydney 500 will be held at Sydney Olympic Park from December 4-6. Tickets including the 'Grandstand Superpass' are available at Ticketek.com.au
