Fans at Sydney Motorsport Park today will be treated to a pit lane walk this afternoon at 1.50pm.

For 50 minutes, all 25 V8 Supercars will be parked at the front of the team garages, bonnets up, to give their fans a good look at the beasts that will compete this weekend.

It is just one of the great ways to interact with the sport for this weekend's Sydney Motorsport Park 400, following the drivers' autograph session at 12.35pm, and in addition to a jam-packed day tomorrow with V8 Supercars on-track for six sessions - two practice runs, two qualifying sessions and two 100km races - and a True Colour Track Walk on Sunday, back by popular demand.

It's the first time the Volvos will contest a race at the Sydney Motorsport Park circuit, and Michael Caruso's Norton Hornet will be running an alternate livery for the round - the team will be hoping the new colours bring the touch of luck they were missing at Queensland Raceway, unable to capitalise once on the front row.

Some have tipped the Volvo to be strong, other the Nissans - and then there are the usual suspects, who will be fighting for every single Championship point on offer.
