V8 Supercars wishes everyone a merry Christmas and happy and safe new year.

After a season of incredibly close racing, with so many intense moments, we saw history made, at the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 in the last-to-first drive from Chaz Mostert and Paul Morris, and the crowning of a six-time V8 Supercars Champion in Jamie Whincup.

We saw Volvo grow into a force to be reckoned with, Mostert master his factory Ford, Erebus take its first win and pole position, and we farewell Russell Ingall from full-time V8 Supercars racing.

What were your favourite moments of 2014? Stay tuned to v8supercars.com.au as a number of drivers talk through their seasons, and we look at the year's biggest stories.
