The Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour marks the start of the Australian motorsport season, with a host of Supercars stars taking on factory GT drivers from around the world.

Tickford Racing’s Chaz Mostert claimed pole position on Saturday in the Schnitzer Motorsport BMW, with a 2:01.9340s set in the Top 10 Shootout.

Other Supercars drivers in outright contending cars are Garth Tander (Audi), Craig Lowndes and Shane van Gisbergen (sharing a McLaren) and Jamie Whincup (Mercedes).

Scott McLaughlin (McLaren), Cameron Waters (Mercedes), David Reynolds (Mercedes), Lee Holdsworth (Audi), Tim Slade (McLaren) and Will Davison (Audi) are also in the event, racing Pro-Am GT3 entries.

The race will be shown live all day until its conclusion at 5:45pm on 7mate around Australia, or streamed here.
