Stephen Wilson

Queensland towing company owner Stephen Wilson progresses to SuperUtes in an Isuzu D-Max, after competing in the V8 Ute Racing Series since 2013.

While he had little motorsport experience prior to his V8 Utes outings, Wilson became a steady improver and was a particularly strong performer at the Gold Coast street circuit, where he scored a best result of fifth overall in 2016.

Wilson was rewarded for his consistency that year, when he finished eighth in the standings.

In 2017, Wilson was mainly focused on the construction of his Isuzu SuperUte but still participated in the last two rounds of the series at the Gold Coast and Newcastle.
