China Automotive Systems to acquire additional 35.5% of Henglong Automotive (Automotive Business Review)

China Automotive Systems, a supplier of power steering components and systems, has announced that it has entered into the final definitive agreement with Hubei Wanlong Investment to acquire an additional 35.5% of Henglong Automotive Parts to increase its total ownership to 80%.
