Patrol car hit; driver of SUV accused of DWI (Asbury Park Press)

A police patrol car was struck head-on about 8:30 p.m. Thursday by a Chevrolet Blazer, whose driver was charged with drunken driving, said Police Chief Michael G. Mastronardy.
