Man Blames Rental Car Company For Wrongful Arrest (NBC 5 Chicago)

CHICAGO -- An Enterprise rental car contract promised a man a Chrysler Sebring but ended up delivering him an unwarranted arrest by Chicago police, according to a lawsuit filed Friday.
