Credit ratings of Ford, Ford Credit unchanged after sale of Jaguar, Land Rover

The credit ratings of Ford Motor Co. and Ford Motor Credit Co. were unaffected by the sale of Jaguar and Land Rover to Tata Motors Ltd., Standard and PoorÂs said today.
